I have to say, for the price, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these glasses. I've become a big proponent of progressive readers, and these definitely do the job. I'm not sure I like this particular style for myself, but at my age, I'm not really too concerned about style anyway. These are made well and do the job! (see update below)Update: A month into owning these glasses they broke! I was taking them off and one of the arms cracked where it joins the frame. I liked these, but though the quality seemed good, it appears they're really fragile. My last pair of glasses from Foster Grant lasted over two years. I guess you get what you pay for.
