Update: The seller sent me another lamp to replace the non-working one. Now that I have one that works, it's amazing! I like the light dimming feature, I'd like to dim the rotating colors but it's no big deal. I can see reasonably well and the timer means I don't have to worry about battery life. I like that it's soft and I don't have to strain when my son grows up. I would absolutely recommend others to buy this and I will probably get one as a gift for an upcoming baby shower. So neat. ---------------------------------------------- - --- ---- I love the light. if it works. But for some reason it doesn't hold a charge and turns off after a few minutes. I had it for less than a week and it worked the first night but then shut off. I plugged it in knowing it should work when plugged in, but it won't turn on. I waited an hour and it turned on, worked for 5 minutes and turned off again. Now it won't stay on for more than 5 minutes no matter how long it's been charging or actively connected to the network. I want this to work, it's a cute idea and the kid loves it when the light changes color. He just sits and watches them move as he falls asleep. But since he's only 3 weeks old he wakes up a lot so I want him to be on while we feed him so he can nod off. It won't work unless it stays on for more than 5 minutes.
