Review on Tempered Glass Computer Monitor Riser by Cory Jacobson

This glass TV stand is beautiful and durable. It is not thin and can support my flat screen TV or my computer monitor. The corners are flat, which is important to me for safety. The sleek and modern clear glass design is large enough to fit under a TV box or computer keyboard. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is the damaged condition on arrival. A corner of the glass has broken off, apparently due to poor packaging and careless handling in transit. A box with damaged foam has a hole inside where the damage occurred. The inner packaging that surrounds the riser in the box contains two thin paper inserts that do not prevent the inner box from slipping. The packaging was very inadequate resulting in a damaged glass TV stand. It is defeating the purpose of selling this item if the seller and carrier cannot ensure proper packaging and handling to ensure it arrives undamaged. It's a shame because otherwise it's a very good product.
