Lost about 30 pounds and needed about 1/4 of just one of these little spring silicone rings to hold my wedding ring in place. Surprisingly, local jewelers and department stores didn't have or sell anything like this. This is pretty quick and easy, with no glue or other oddities - just wrap it in the right direction, one loop at a time. I don't know how long that will take. will probably last a long time but seems quite durable and stays as clean as the ring or my hands do so I don't think I'll need to replace it often or anytime soon. The ring is 6mm but works great! Once put on, I wondered if a smaller size would work just as well. I don't notice it at all except when I wash my hands. Now I just don't have to get fat again! As long as I don't lose the package, I paid $5 for a virtually lifetime supply of these items for myself, my wife, our future non-existent children, extended family, and anyone I meet who has lost weight or needs it . change ring size The package contains a dozen silicone "feathers" of various sizes. Great if you're carrying a crappy ton of different rings and need to resize them. Although in fact this is just for an overkill and stupidity. They should only cost $0.25 for the size I really need and be available at any jewelry store in the mall. But of course, it's "more profitable" to ship a few random sizes, so lazy, wasteful people will most likely just toss the unnecessary ones into a landfill. So thanks for the environmental impact but it does exactly what it says on the tin and I have plenty of spares in case this one breaks and needs replacing.
