THE TABLET DIED FOR NO REASON 4 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!

**Last Updated** Downgraded to 1 Star! Bought at the end of August. It is now the end of December. Today my son's tablet stopped charging. There is no free charging port, no compromises on the charging port and the cable is tight. It just stopped loading. Knowing it's refurbished I can't help but wonder why it was originally returned? Maybe he was broken only at the factory and worked for 4 months after repair? Anyway, I basically rented the tablet at $30 a month for 4 months (with case and memory card) and then it just stopped. Samsung doesn't want anything to do with it since it was already defective. The seller doesn't care because he got his money. Now I have to buy a new tablet. I can't stress enough that I will never buy a refurbished one again. I bought my daughter a brand new 10 inch Samsung Tab e tablet, twice the storage, brand new for Christmas for only $60 more than I paid for it and I bet Best Buy and/or Samsung can get their hands on it really 4 months to take care of the dead product since it is new. If you're thinking about it, do yourself a favor and find some extra cash for a new one, and make sure it's from a retailer who will take care of it if it dies within say 6 months. really funny.***Update***I'm changing this from 5 stars to 3. It has nothing to do with repairs. I have 2 and they work fine. However, I found disappointment with Samsung and it's a tablet that gets annoying. Not much internal storage. No problem, take a memory card, right? Well, unlike most Androids, Samsung doesn't allow you to use an SD card as internal storage (most tablets/phones can format the SD card). work like internal storage and then everything is stored on the memory card and you never have to do it manually and you just have a lot of space). You can ONLY use the SD card as external storage. This means that every time you take a picture or download an app, you have to go in and physically move it to the map. Well it's annoying enough but I've noticed that they bring it to me on BOTH my son's tablets and say it's "not working" and I'm browsing through the apps and most of the apps are back on the internal storage. My kids wouldn't know how to do that. For some reason, without any reason, the tablet moves everything from the card to the tablet's memory, filling up the memory (there is always something left in the external memory, because the tablet's storage space ran out and applications could not be stimulated). I have no idea why Samsung didn't give consumers the option to use the card as internal storage. I really don't know why after a few days it's squeezing everything it can from the card into the tablet's memory, which makes it practically non-functional because the memory is full, and then it takes me 20 minutes to put everything back to move. Both tablets do that though, so it's definitely something with the tablet. After writing all this I got even madder and changed it to 2 stars lol. Seriously, it's a pain. I liked it before but having to manually move things around would have made it a 4 star but moving everything off the map? Breach of contract, waste of my time. I bought it for my 6 year old child. We bought our 3 Lenovo tablets for kids for Christmas and on March 2nd out of 3 tablets had broken screens (they had multiple tablets, we never had this problem. Lesson learned about cheap tablets). I wanted a good brand but didn't want to spend too much money. We had a Samsung e lite and they were ok but very outdated and slow so I didn't want to go that route but wanted the App Store so didn't want to go the Kindle route. The only Samsung AI I could find was $199, which was more than I wanted to spend. I always hesitate to restore for fear of running out of battery life. I went for it anyway and got this, a 64GB SD card and a baby case for less than the cost of a new Tablet A. A week has passed and my 6 year old is a stranger now lol. But seriously, he loves it! It's fast, charges fast, lasts a long time, has a great screen/image and is the perfect size for it. If anything changes I'll update, but for now this is truly one of the best purchases I've made in a while. This made my son very happy and he doesn't give it to me every 3 minutes with errors or glitches which makes me happy!
