Water penetrates easily

***Do not buy for wet/snowy conditions ***If your child wears these gloves in cold but completely dry conditions they may work well. However, if you're out in the snow, stay away from these gloves at all costs. These gloves are better SPONGE than waterproof gloves. The gloves are completely wet on the skin in less than an hour. When the gloves dried my son found them quite warm. However, as soon as the water seeps through (and quickly), his hands become painfully freezing.
