Review on Smiling Shark LCD Universal Battery Charger: High-Speed 4 Bay Smart Charger for 18650, Ni-MH, Li-ion, AA, AAA and more by Everett Underberg

This charger from Smiling Shark should be simple enough, but it's a bit wonky - that's why. Nine times out of ten, the lights that indicate the batteries are being charged never show a full charge. Then all the lights flash from time to time. Does this indicate that they are fully charged or that they are being charged? Who knows? It's just inconsistent and doesn't follow any logic. Moreover, the instruction manual does not clarify the situation. (I noticed that other reviews only mentioned the ads positively, so I'm guessing mine is probably defective.) It's not possible to put in more than 2 C batteries at a time, but 4 AAA and AA will do, or something much thinner than battery C. Pretty handy device and the price is not bad.
