So far so good for docking stations
I am connecting via a Dell ThunderBolt 4 port and primarily wanted it for extended USB ports as well as a wired Ethernet port. Couldn't get the laptop to see the ethernet port at first, also tried using their little utility. Rebooted the laptop with the hub still plugged in and now has a working network port and USB. Didn't try to use HDMI as the laptop already has that connector so it's not necessary. Happy with the purchase so far!
