Although the description of the lamp matched ours, the lamps were too short so the light only flickered for a second when switched on and then went out forever. I called Lumenivo because the invoice says the customer should contact the company with any questions or concerns. I called to ask if this shop had any bulbs that would match my lamp and the woman who answered was very blunt and very curt so I don't feel like calling them again would. I filled out the Revain forms to return items for a refund and my request was approved by the seller fairly quickly. Since I don't have a UPS store conveniently located, I send the lamps back via USPS and pay for the postage. I finally found the address provided by Revain - thanks. In the meantime I'll see if I can find another shop that sells the size onions I need rather than trying to speak to someone who's probably expressing an attitude towards me.
