It was a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing chair. We won't be strict on quality etc as we basically knew what we could get by ordering furniture from Revain. We've had the chair for a little over a year and after a very short period of use, one of the chair legs broke due to a torn 'tongue' that was nicked on the underside of the base. I have emailed the Revain guarantee 2 times and have not received a reply. While I could fix it and invalidate everything, it would still be nice to get an answer. You might think that the items sold by Revane are the easiest to deal with, but turns out that's not possible. Third parties are much more vulnerable.
