Review on Arkon Bike Handlebar Phone Mount for iPhone X/8/7/6S Plus, 🚲 Galaxy Note 8/5, S8/S7 – Retail Black: Secure and Convenient Cycling Companion by Javarie Brumfield

I was looking for a reliable bike mount for my smartphone as I use it as a bike computer. I have a Samsung S5 in an Otterbox Defender case. It measures just under 6 inches, top to bottom. It fits this mount with two long arms and two short arms, but I went with four long arms so the mount isn't subjected to too much tension (the bottom two arms are on a spring-loaded mount). This combo holds my S5 very securely on the handlebars, with the phone in and out easy. The rubber bands just add extra insurance. It works so well I bought a second Arkon carrier for my wife's bike and S5/Otterbox! Interestingly, some negative comments claim that the mount is not suitable for the Apple 6+. Apple's website states the 6+ is 6.22 inches long. My Arkon mount will grow to almost 7 inches in length. I think what these negative reviewers failed to notice is that the lower arms of this device are on a spring-loaded cradle to hold the phone securely.
