This phone holder works well but has some issues. My crossbar on my bike is a bit smaller so they didn't work well. Even fully dressed, they slipped a little. Luckily I found a piece of flexible PVC pipe in the garage. I cut it to the right length and made a slit in the side to put it over the crossbar. I ordered this iPhone holder for my bike and at first I thought it didn't fit my iPhone 6. But #1 I didn't watch the video so I didn't know that the lower legs are spring loaded but I found out later so it ended up fitting my phone. #2, the center piece with the brass screw and safety cord was assembled upside down and the brass screw was in the wrong hole so I couldn't install the last piece, the back plate, on the center piece with the brass screw and safety cord (the screw interfered) .
