Works very well. Just two uses and my baby is almost dandruff free! I used it as recommended on the bottle and noticed a huge difference in exfoliating the scales compared to using other products. There were some reviews that said the smell was "not that good" but I liked it. It smells like tea tree oil :) The only downside I have is that there was a sticker on the bottle with instructions and ingredients that was difficult to remove.
