Overall good system, some complaints with payment functionality

I like that it has all of my accounts linked in one place as well as being able to see what's going where at any given time! It could be better if they would add more call centers but we are only using this service right now so haven't had an issue yet! We have not been notified when our account balance changes or anything about payments either which can get frustrating sometimes (especially since you're trying to track your income). So far nothing really bad - just minor annoyances here & there such as having 2 different phone numbers/accounts set up etc. But overall it does its job fairly effectively without too many problems other than those mentioned above. Tracking calls coming into each station / office while also allowing us access from anywhere via mobile devices makes things easier because then everyone knows how much work was done by their respective departments even.

  • The most helpful thing is how it tracks calls coming into each office or station and how we can easily access that info from our mobile devices
