Review on πŸ“± Matte Paperlike Screen Protector for iPad Pro 12.9 Inch - Ideal for Drawing, Writing, and Note-taking - Set of 2 by Justin Frazier

Revainrating 2 out of 5

A great product thwarted by a nightmarish setup and a premium price.

First of all I like the quality of this screen protector. I'm really. As a Cintiq user, texture is exactly what I want my iPad to have. However, as most other reviewers have pointed out, you only have two chances to get the install right. The bonus screen protector two pack is not actually an "extra" screen protector that you can use later. You will most likely need to use both during the initial installation. The process was DIFFICULT and frustrating. I have performed the following steps: 1: Turn off the iPad2: Turn on the shower to create a steam bath (reduces dust)3: Attach the guide stickers4: Wipe the surface of the iPad with wet wipes5: Wipe the Surface with the included cloth6: Use the sticker to collect the remaining dust 7: Attach the screen protector 8: Try to remove all bubbles 9: Find a piece of dust inside 9: Remove part of the screen protector to remove the specified dust 10: Now there are 12 dust particles inside 11: Already try to remove some dust particles (repeat several times) 12: Fail and take a break 13: Start with a replacement screen protector from front 14: Repeat steps 1-1315: Wondering "Is that enough?" and dealing with lackluster results (I ran into two P articles satisfied instead of trying my luck). Note: I understand that dusty complications are a by-product of installing *any* screen protector, but it costs $37. I was really expecting quite a bit in terms of quality or maybe actual parts at this price point. I was very disappointed. I probably would not use this product again without speaking to a therapist first.
