Review on πŸ“» Radioddity RD-301 Tri-Band Antenna: Optimal Range for Baofeng, BTECH, Kenwood Two Way Radios by Mark Bennett

not very good under 220

Antenna arrived quickly. At the same time, according to my tests, 220 is not very good. I understand that a tri-band antenna is a compromise between bands, but I was expecting a bit more from this product as I've had better luck with other Radioddity products. Works just as well as any of the dual band antennas I have on the 2 meter and 440. I'm wondering if this is really a tri-band antenna. I have another tri-band antenna but it's huge and cumbersome to carry around. There are other antennas that are 4 times more expensive, but they don't fit. I think I'll go the BNC route and use an adapter. I'll leave it at that price. Your mileage varies, but it didn't work for me. Others have indicated that they couldn't find it on the Radioddity website, but when I checked it was there.
