Review on Renogy Inverter Battery Converter Saving by Thomas Chalecki

I wanted an inverter for the air conditioner fridge in the camper. Requires one with low standby power and no display or GFCI. It was spot on, competitively priced and I've used Renogy solar devices before so I drew on my experience. Not correct. This inverter blew up as soon as I applied 12V, it was grounded and the power cut off as instructed. Dead, no light, no exit, nothing. Capacitors are definitely inferior. When a cheap Harbor Freight inverter did the same a few months later. It looks like the Chinese figured out how to get everything working instantly. Revane Prime doesn't take it back, forcing me to go through Renogi. BS I'm sick and tired of Revain's lackluster customer service and flimsy product quality guarantees.
