I'm 5'10, 165 lbs and pear shaped. I usually wear US 12 in pants and dresses. I ordered a large and it fits well and is snug, I could probably go a size up as they have a drawstring waist. I have a hard time finding jogging pants that are long enough for me, I usually buy men's pants because they have a longer inseam. This is the only pair I have bought that is too long even after washing. I fold the belt once and they still fall to the floor barefoot! They are lightweight, have no fleece lining and are not heavy. They are straight cut not too baggy, a roll of the belt makes my bum look better. I ordered anthracite gray and ended up ordering heather gray (pictured) because I really like these sweatpants. Great for tall chicks, the length can be a nuisance for those under 5ft 6in.
