These headphones are great for those who run and want to know what's going on around them and be visible to traffic. The earbuds are a little big, but it's still easy to get a good seal. Hooks are soft and flexible. Calls can sometimes sound distant, but I could hear the person I was talking to clearly and he could understand what I was saying without any problems. The light function can be switched off and the case supports wireless charging. The left earbud attaches to the right side of the case, while the right earbud attaches to the left side of the case. In my experience with true wireless hooked earbuds, this was Norma. True Glow takes 4 hours to charge, and there are 4 more charges in the case. The sound was exactly what I expected from a pair of trained true wireless headphones. Bass but not too over the top compared to the rest of the setting. The mids were a little lower than I would have liked, but the highs stood out nicely, giving the True Glow a comfortable sound when working or at the table.
