Review on Osudio by Luis Thompson

We've been working with OSUDIO to develop our e-government platform since 2013 - from concept development through launch of pilot projects.The team has constantly exceeded expectations in both quality as wellas timeliness.OSUDIMedius makes it easy for public sector organizations such as municipalities to provide better service delivery by providing access to services faster than ever before across all types of devices (from PCs to mobiles). The software also enables efficient use of resources, reducing costs while increasing revenue.We have seen measurable improvements in customer satisfaction levels during project life cycle management phases as compared to existing solutions using proprietary data base systems at other local government organisations we worked with previously. The team is extremely talented in their field of expertise - they are very easy to work with (and I'm talking about both client side as well as agency). They have always been able to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines while keeping things simple for us. Nothing really comes up from time-to-time that makes me question whether or not this was an appropriate choice. Communication can be difficult at times due to cultural differences but we've found ways around it so far!
