The idea of this bag is phenomenal and the storage capacity is as well… So this rating is not really about those things it’s more about the zippers and how easily they become dislodged especially the zippers on the end of the bag… I wanted to use it for my two trips before writing a reviewoverall the bag feels comfortable and it looks really good as stated it is just the zippers that were annoyingI would recommend getting but just be mindful the zippers especially the ones on the end of the bag

Great garment bag, holds everything needed for your suit and more. Nice material and looks nice.One thing about the bag I didn't like, the bottom of the bag is not supported with hard board or any supportive material so any items in the bag that are heavy will cause the bag to sag and possibly wrinkle your suit.It cannot be locked so carry on is a must.

The idea of this is amazing. It was a good quality product with good functionality. The only issue I have with it is the smell. It is absolutely HORRIFIC! It smells like the Chinese let their cats pee on it for a few weeks and hung it in a sauna to fester with the smell of ball sweat. It has been about 3 months and the smell is still there. Makes your clothes smell too just by placing them in there for only a few minutes. Great concept…. Good God, keep the cats off.

The use of this bag has made my travel more efficient. However, the zippers broke and needs to be fixed. I have a hole where I hang my suites. It’s tough to zip up. The feel is plastic/pleather like. But not a bad concept great for travel.

I ordered this for my boyfriend for Christmas, I was incredibly embarrassed because I was unaware of the stench prior to giving it to him as I left it in its original package. Unfortunately it is too late to return and it smells like rotten fish

I loved the feel and versatility, but the bag smells like burned plastic. I tried everything, and even after a week of airing it out, it still stinks. I’ll be returning it!

I got my bag and as I was unzipping it to inspect 2 LARGE cockroaches ran out of the bag. I was able to capture and kill one but lost sight of the other so I now need to set out traps and monitor for the next few months to make sure it doesn’t reproduce.I’m disgusted.

Oh man! I was surprised about the amount of space this bag had. I had my blazer and 5 button up shirts in the garment compartment. Then I had riled it up and put 2 pairs of dress shoes, 3 slacks, 2 jeans, 3 shorts, 5 under shirts, socks, and underwear. And still had some room.

I like that you can put a suit or dress shirt in frame of duffle bag, then use as a carry on. However, upon delivery it smelled terrible and we haven't been able to get smell out, even with a month of airing out. My husband took it on one work trip and said his clothes smelled like the bag while at business meetings. I was so excited to receive this garment bag but It has literally been 1 week since I bought the bag and it still smells like fish. Really debating if I should return it. I like the pockets and how big it is but man that smell! It was so bad, we had to air out our room! I want to love this bag so much but the smell. The bag is good. I’ll start by saying this bag is beautiful! I purchased it for a vacation that my husband and I are taking in a few weeks. Instantly out of the packaging this bag has a foul smell. We have aired it outside for almost a week now with dryer sheets in the pockets and it has not made a big enough difference that he would feel comfortable packing his clothes in. We’ll give it a few more days, if no improvement, it’s going to be returned! I’m so disappointed!

I loved the look and design of bag. The suit portion is too narrow and compresses the shoulders too much (wrinkles). Also the zippers for the side pannels that create the barrel, broke when trying to close. They aren’t metal and very brittle. I washed it on delicate and cold and that didn’t work so I washed it again with a cup of vinegar with hot water and that seemed to work

Bag smelled like fish coming out of box. Let it air out for several days but still has odor. Made clothes smell like bag. It would be a great bag if the odor wasn't there.

While I was excited to give this as a gift to my boyfriend, I was disappointed that the bag had an odor when it arrived. While the vendor has reached out with apologies, I had already returned the item and purchased another gift. The bag itself is a great design. The vendor reports that they are working with a new manufacturer and that these issues have been resolved.
