I did a lot of research to find a quilt for my quilt. This one seems to have ticked all the boxes and just arrived today. I put it in the dryer on low heat for about 10 minutes and then shredded it to make it fluffier. The fabric is so smooth and soft you just want to wrap yourself in it. I tucked it into my king size duvet and it fits perfectly. I'm lying underneath it now and it seems to be getting really warm. Hope it's not too warm. But it feels thick and fluffy and luxurious and I'm so excited I want to go to bed tonight. The box stitched boxes are smaller as advertised. The workmanship seems to be of very high quality. I didn't notice any weird smell either. I think it was a great purchase. The first photo is just our blank blanket. The second photo is a blanket. The third photo is a blanket within a blanket. *** Well, we've been using it for about a week now. Warm, almost too warm, but for now we also have microfiber sheets to keep you warm. I hope when we switch to our cotton sheets there will be an ideal temperature. We keep our house at 72 at night, that could also be the reason why it's warm. We live in Utah and teenagers go down at night. I don't think we can use it on summer nights but we'll see.
