This camera is easy to use and delivers excellent image quality. It is well made and the magnetic attachment is very strong. I bought it to hitch a trailer with a fifth wheel. I can't see the hitch from the driver's seat, but I used a magnet to attach it to the underside of the forward-facing pin box. The monitor is my iPhone but it is also compatible with Android. I place the phone directly in front of the steering wheel and since the kingpin appears in the center of the phone screen, I can "aim" the truck and see if the hitch is in the center of the kingpin as a backup. a Voyager backup camera on my trailer, but it's mounted in the rear window to protect it from inclement weather. It's completely useless after dark because the infrared rays bounce off the window pane and all I see is a huge bright light. On the rare occasions when I need to return to the campsite after dark, I use this camera, which is attached to the rear bumper of my trailer. The price of this camera is competitive with other cameras of similar quality. But the fact that it's paired with a smartphone as a monitor makes it very versatile compared to other cameras with monitors that need to be plugged into a 12V DC outlet.
