The hot and cold massage roller ball is great for quick pain relief!

We always seem to get a headache after the gym, and it's nice to be able to quickly unroll a sore muscle without having to lay down on the floor. Rub with a foam roller or install a heating pad. This very easy to use massager can quickly relieve sore muscles - works in both hot and cold conditions. The timing of the purchase was perfect. Roll out leg pain. I seem to prefer the "hot" version (you just get dunked in hot water), but the cold version works really well too. I liked how quickly you apply cold and then hot - the ball changes temperature very quickly. Highly recommended!
