I ordered this item because I wanted something pastel blue. I didn't need a mouse, but it was really cool that it comes with a mouse that automatically syncs with the keyboard. As it is only a USB receiver I will have to send it back. This was my downside as I hadn't thought about this aspect when ordering. My laptop only has 1 USB port and I really wanted to be able to pair multiple devices or at least switch between my phone, tablet and laptop via Bluetooth. For ergonomics I'm giving 4 stars as it's a little clunky and the angle of attack is very, very small and since the keys are very high I would recommend the palm rest as you definitely can't put it on a table when typing. I can't comment on how it holds up over time, but I got used to tapping on it very quickly, and the convenience of syncing a USB receiver with a mouse and keyboard is definitely great if you have multiple USB -Have ports on your computer. I didn't realize it, but it also has a lock mode when you're not using it, even if there's no backlight or anything else that might drain the battery, so I'm guessing just two AAAs will last you quite a while before that need new batteries. With all this the keyboard came exactly as in the photo, there was even a small brush in the box to remove dust/dirt from the keys and stickers. Batteries were also included and the packaging was better than I expected. I'm only sending this set back because of my mistake otherwise I would have kept it for myself because it's so cute.
