I used to buy Mr. clean. They worked fine for a while, but always, always, always eventually broke, torn, or punctured. They also had that distinctive "rubber glove" smell that made my hands stink afterwards. And if I hadn't carefully hung them up to dry, they would be incredibly gross and slimy on the inside. I've bought two pairs of packs five times (only from Revain, not even counting the number of times I've picked them up in store). But it was the best I could do as I couldn't find anything thicker on the market. Enter Boomjoy cleaning gloves. This is exactly what I was looking for in cleaning gloves. Durable, thick, odorless protective gloves that will stand up to any abuse I can throw at them. I have sensitive skin on my hands and need serious and reliable protection for the most uncomfortable and harsh cleaning jobs. I use them for dirty diaper washing, general laundry, dishwashing, floors, bathroom cleaning and every other horrible task I have to deal with. They're easy to clean (although as another reviewer mentioned, they absorb some light stains like the paint on those plant-based sponges) and dry easily due to their thickness. I've been using all three pairs alike in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry for the past three months and they're still as strong as new. A few additional notes: I have long arms and the medium length fits well. , with extra space for your fingers. They are more comfortable when I use hot water and I can easily take them off after a cold water bath. They do not fall or slip off easily. Steel wool will not pierce them. I didn't have to be careful when cleaning. The texture on the fingers proved effective for gripping, but didn't get in the way when I had to get my hand into wet underwear or perform another similar friction-inflicted task. The handles also help with dishwashing and are easy to rinse off with water. In summary these gloves suck and I don't think I will ever buy any other brand.
