Oneio has been very helpful in our deployment of several systems to help us with monitoring, logging, alerting etc. It is also great at allowing you to create custom dashboards that are easy enough for non-technical users to use as well! The support team was really good about answering questions over email or chat during business hours (US Pacific time). We have used oneio primarily within Salesforce but it can be integrated into any system out there so we would recommend trying some demos/tutorials from their website before committing fully to using them. They do offer free trials which I think should include more than just 1 hour worth of usage because they want your feedback once you've logged all those minutes up front so that when something goes wrong they know what's causing problems right away. Using OneoIO helped solve issues related to having too many tools doing similar things without knowing exactly how each tool works together.
