I have worn this shoe model for many years anywhere on the street or in public except on sidewalks (it gapes wider than my hiking boots and leaking gravel). Easier to put on than shoelaces. I am relieved that they are still available. I have relatively stiff feet (short Achilles tendons according to my doctor), so arch support, which shoe salespeople say everyone needs, is actually painful. There is very little here, and what is there are removable insoles, which I can replace with Dr. Scholl could replace.
