This little rechargeable book lamp is so smart. I like it! The base is thin enough for easy and convenient attachment to a book, is lightweight (only 2.05 ounces), looks good, and has a rechargeable battery. The brightness of the light is really adjustable. After turning it on by a short press of the power button, and then selecting one of three different color temperatures by a short press of the power button, pressing and holding the power button toggles the brightness (i.e. acts as a dimmer). Light flashes when it reaches minimum and maximum brightness. The position of the light is easily adjusted thanks to the flexible but not flexible gooseneck connection between the base and the lighted head. The front of the clip rotates so the clip stays parallel to the base. Thanks to its flat, rubberized base, the lamp can also be used as a mini desk lamp. A micro-USB charging port, a USB-A to micro-USB cable and a user manual are included. There is a small LED at the base that blinks while charging and then turns blue when fully charged. Now my sweetheart can read in bed at night and not disturb me. win / win!
