After seeing many ads on Facebook about 3D puzzles, I decided to buy one. I built a lot of models as a kid, built some RC airplanes for my son, so I was a bit ready to start this project. The parts were precisely cut and laid out, the instructions were for the most part excellent, the illustrations were clear and all the necessary materials were included. This is not a model to be "put together" in an evening, I have read everything carefully and most of it has been explained well. The only part I had a problem with was the quartz clock, I think a better explanation could be given on how to adjust the small hand, large hand and second hand. However, slightly frustrated, I emailed customer service at 11pm and was amazed to get a reply with instructions within 5 minutes. After re-editing the hands and pointer and following the instructions, everything worked smoothly. I was really impressed with the customer service and follow up. As I said, this was a fun project and I've already ordered two more puzzles. I know it's recommended for ages 14 and up. I would add that if you take your time and follow the instructions you will have no problem.
