Battery fitted and charged overnight. You can see right away: The headband ratchet is ineffective, can't hold the length adjustment, so the weight of the microphone pushes it to the side. The ear pads are unreliable, have fallen out several times. Noticeable during testing: very low volume in the headset, both headband and ear clips - tested two meters away from the base unit with two people, left and right ear, volume fully adjusted, no background noise. This device is unusable. Aside from the poor build quality in this example, the device is poorly constructed. The volume knob is black on black, the buttons are tiny and not visible when needed. The power buttons are also not visible and do not turn off when pressed. The headset with the headband is not balanced on the charger, very clunky. The instruction manual is poorly written and unclear. The item has been returned for a refund.
