I think the main disadvantage is that the watch is completely crooked in counting the pulse on the hand, which is at least a little bit sweaty. (Normal heart rate monitors in this mode show a heart rate of 150-160) Problems begin precisely when sweat appears on the hand. Prior to this, the pulse is read more / less correctly . This behavior makes the watch completely unsuitable for recording heart rate during any kind of intense training. It’s also fun to watch a report for the day on your phone, where it simultaneously says that you skied (via GPS) 12 km, and for the whole day you walked less than 5 km in total.
