Review on High-Performance Moshi USB C to DisplayPort Cable: 5ft, 5K@60 Hz, 4K HDR, VESA Certified, Thunderbolt 3 Compatible by Brian Krump

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Even supports 4K at 144Hz when used with M1 Mac Mini and ASUS XG27UQ

The name speaks for itself. It just works. Although not an Apple product, it has an Apple-style finish. The Apple website also recommends this cable, although the Apple Store does not usually stock it. I've seen many other third-party cables that seem to meet the minimum advertised, but this cable seems to exceed expectations. The only bug I've encountered is that my M1 Mac Mini is asleep and losing connection to the monitor. The only way to resume signal flow from the Mac Mini to the monitor is to disconnect and reconnect the cable. This is likely a Mac mini bug and can be fixed by changing the power settings so that the computer does not go to sleep.

Pros
  • Cables and Connections
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
