Cute dress wayyy to small

Very small the size chart says for 2xl waist 49, bust 50, my waist is 42, my bust 40,it did not close, more like a small I measured the dress waist area , it measured at 24 inches, so either it was mistake in sizing label or something else was wrong. Also I read the reviews and based on weight and size this should have fit.
