I slowly installed the winch and found that it was (1) too small for my needs, (2) too much money for such a small winch, (3) Difficult to handle was installation due to closely spaced screws (not included), (3) certainly doesn't look solid and HAS NO HANDLE! The? Is it OPTIONAL? To me it looks like the $20 bill was thrown in the trash.
