My base is leaking. - Sanitary ware for kitchen and bathroom

We bought this model and another cheaper model for the downstairs toilet. The cheap block works great and there were no problems. This block worked well for three months and began to leak at the central base of the block. The leak is not caused by the connecting hoses or the mini-battery outlet valve that hold warm water. The leak is coming from the middle plastic part. Also, the mini accumulator drain valve is difficult to reach when you need to drain the tank. It is necessary to unscrew the mounting screws that attach the bidet to the toilet. The manual says you only need a screwdriver to remove the valve, but once it's in place you can't get to the valve and if you do you won't be able to unscrew it completely because the seat is blocked Distance.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Not bad but...
