Bluetooth connection is faulty

See while the metrics are working fine. Similar to other Fitbit products I've had. But the connection to my phone is very buggy. It connects and disconnects well and sometimes it texts me and sometimes it doesn't etc. I don't know if I have lemon but I don't recommend this product.
