Bluetooth could not be made to work.

I bought this card to get rid of the cheap Bluetooth 4.0 adapter that plugged into my panel's USB port. I recently bought a VR headset and controller and thought it would be a good idea to add Bluetooth 5.0 to my system if future VR controllers support this standard. I installed this card according to the instructions and downloaded and installed the drivers from Intel's website according to the instructions. Wi-Fi worked right away but Bluetooth didn't work. The bluetooth option in settings in windows 10 doesn't even exist. The control panel also does not show the Bluetooth device. The driver installed normally just in case I tried to restore it. I also checked all bluetooth services and set them to start automatically. I've triple checked the cable from the side of the card to make sure it's installed correctly (it's either JST or a smaller form of Molex, maybe a Pico) and it's fine. Inspected the solder pads on the board and the through hole pins, they all appeared to be soldered correctly. The wires looked like they were terminated well, and they passed the continuity test with my multimeter. I tried both USB 3.0 ports and my other device (RGB lighting on my CPU cooler) worked with both ports, but this card didn't work with either. I've tried searching the support forums but it seems very few people are talking about Bluetooth. Functionality and they only talk about Wi-Fi capabilities. Since this product comes with free Revain support, I decided to give it a try and a Revain representative walked me through all the troubleshooting steps over the phone. We tried everything I had already tried and he thought it was either a faulty card or a cable. I'm not sure if the problem is with the PCIe card itself or with the M.2 Intel AX200 chipset. I doubted it was the cable but decided to give it a try so I tried contacting the manufacturer via the email address provided on the packaging but they weren't much help. They simply stated that this card might not be compatible with AMD systems, which is debatable as there are standards for a reason and this card has to meet those standards. My Lenovo Ryzen work laptop has an Intel Wifi chip and it works great. At first they didn't even send me a new replacement USB cable and only offered it after I told them the Revain support guy suggested it and that I would leave a negative review. Despite that, I decided to return the card and buy a card from a more respected brand with a slightly older standard, with Wireless AC and Bluetooth 4.2. In any case, I cannot recommend this card until the Bluetooth compatibility issues are resolved. If you only use it for Wi-Fi it might work for you, but if you want to add Bluetooth you should look elsewhere. Here are my system specs for those who are curious and/or have similar hardware: AMD Ryzen 1700 @ 3.9GHz Vega 64 8GB ASUS Plime B350M-A32GB (2x16) Corsair Dominator DDR4 3000 CL15 (powered by 2933 CL14) A -Data XPG 1TB NVMESeasonic Gold 630W PSULG 34" 144Hz Freesync Ultra Wide Monitor Samsung HMD Odyssey Plus WMR Headset
