I am sure a very special "princess" will fall in love with this beautiful (and yes I DO mean beautiful) cape. The purple was a rich purple and the "fur" around it was very soft. It arrived very well packed and quickly. It can be used for play or a more formal affair. It is not flimsy and seems to be quite warm and very well made. I would definitely buy this again if the need arises (or the princess decides she needs another color). Afterall, a 4 1/2 can't have enough "princess" capes to go with her gowns. My advice, don't hesitate to buy this.
