Love this, good quality and coverage is right. Very cute. Fits a little snug. The cup size seems accurate for small. I am a 32C (34B)., the back is a little tight to snap on but these usually stretch over time so I rather have snug than too loose. Size would be right for a very tiny waist. Otherwise, order a size up. Also, if very busty. I don't recommend a small unless you want a lot of cleavage showing. I considered exchanging sizes, but it will stretch over time and then can tighten up since it has three different notches to tighten or loosen the fit.
