Review of Mailerview's Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience I looked forward to using Mailerview for all of my shipping and office supply needs, however I was really disappointed. They claim to have first-rate products and service, however I had many problems with their customer support.
For starters, I didn't receive anything I had ordered. For days, I emailed and called their customer service department with no response. The employee I reached after a long wait was unapologetic and uninterested in assisting me in fixing the problem. In addition, I noticed that their pricing were considerably more than those of other internet retailers selling the same items. They have a lot of stuff, but the poor service and occasional missing purchases make it not worth it. In sum, I was let down by Mailerview and would not suggest their shop to others. There are many other online stores that are both cheaper and more dedicated to their customers.
