I slept through the first night. Rare for me. Just wondering if you are going to use this alone on an existing blanket and spread it out or just use a weighted blanket. Good product

The whole blanket is lighter and more suitable for summer, it is not too hot in it. Due to the weight, fan and air conditioning are recommended for the hot summer sleep. The weighted inner blanket is machine washable at low temperatures.
