Nothing seemed to help my 87 year old father at home in the hospice. Ordinary headphones cut into his ears, and I couldn't stand the hum of the TV and the neighbors anymore either. This product was easy to set up and works great. With an extra set of headphones, dad doesn't have to worry about charging or changing batteries. He just takes a freshly charged TV, puts the empty TV on the charger and enjoys his 18 hours a day with John Wayne and old movies. GREAT PRODUCT at a very reasonable price!
