This is a very good shaker and excellent value for money. The steel is thinner than my old shaker, but I like this one better. The metal to metal on the shaker top and filter top is much easier to open and close and much easier to clean than my old shaker with neoprene seals. This one REALLY requires you to hold it together while shaking it, but I love how easily it comes apart. The seals on my old one, from a DIFFERENT company, swelled and got stuck, and sometimes when I tried to open the contents, it flew out in all directions. It's no problem with that! The main glass isn't insulated so everything cools down, but that's not a problem for me. The accessories that come with it are good, as is the recipe booklet. The seller also emailed me a PDF with additional recipes which was another bonus.
