Review on Brevo by John Brouillard

I love that you can configure so many different reports, which is great for customizing your dashboard to show exactly what data will be important in each of our departments! It's easy enough with some training but definitely worth it as there are tons out resources online if need more help or support from salesforce themselves- they have awesome customer success team who has helped me over 10 times during my 6 months working here!! The UI could use improvement especially when editing/updating old records since sometimes its difficult navigating back through previous versions (and not sure why).

But overall this tool does all we needed without costing us an additional developer salary - perfect fit within Sales force orgs budgets. A self reporting system where reps keep track their own performance using predefined goals vs traditional management systems like excel sheets etc..
