These gloves are very good value at $6.95 and I'm glad I didn't spend twice as much as another seller. The material is thick enough that I wouldn't worry about durability if used in an aquarium. It smells slightly so I will soak them in water before using them in the aquarium. I made this purchase so I would have to risk contaminating my aquarium with the various lotions, oils and moisturizers I apply on a daily basis because I am not sure what residue might be left after washing my hands/hands. A good investment to maintain water quality. FYI, I measured the length of the glove to be 21.5 inches. My rimless cube tank is 16 inches, so the length is fine for my purposes.
