So far great for shoes
I love Inov-8 shoes! My feet are too wide for the Reebok Nano and I love and treasure the Inov-8 as my ideal CrossFit shoe. I used to wear the F-Lite and tried the new Bare-XF and love it so far. They are very light and it feels like I'm not even wearing shoes. I look forward to trying rock climbing with them. They are very flexible but offer no support if you need arch support. I don't expect them to be ideal for running. They are true to size and slightly larger than average without having to order "wide".
