Unfortunately, this is very poorly designed.

For this level of shoes (and I mean what should be the best quality and that's a high price) I was very disappointed. I put the shoes on and they felt different depending on the foot. I didn't realize it until I had walked a block or so and my toes on my left foot were hurting. The padding in the boot was installed incorrectly. Because of this, the seams (shoes) on the fingers caused severe pain. So I sent them back. (I hope my return went through permanently as it was useless.) I amโ€ฆ

So far great for shoes

I love Inov-8 shoes! My feet are too wide for the Reebok Nano and I love and treasure the Inov-8 as my ideal CrossFit shoe. I used to wear the F-Lite and tried the new Bare-XF and love it so far. They are very light and it feels like I'm not even wearing shoes. I look forward to trying rock climbing with them. They are very flexible but offer no support if you need arch support. I don't expect them to be ideal for running. They are true to size and slightly larger than average without having to

Reliable climbing shoe

So far this shoe has been great for weightlifting. I like the grip I get when lunging. The sole is stiff so the back foot can feel uncomfortable doing Bulgarian squats, but nothing major. I read the reviews and bought 1/2 size larger. I could probably do a 9, but I'm happy with a 9.5. My leg is guaranteed to have enough room, no matter how much weight I lift. looks like my altras in a toe box. My friend I climb with just bought a pair. To update. Good CrossFit barefoot shoes but poor quality

For many years I was just entertaining (lifts, bodyweight movements, crossfit training). When my last pair of Converses finally died, I decided to look for shoes that were also designed for training, but still wanted to feel the ground. While these shoes don't have a wide toe box like most barefoot shoes, you can feel the ground and I love that. They have very good grip, which I also appreciate. I'm a size 9 but I had to increase the size to a 9.5. Overall, I'm glad I found a shoe that fits me,
