The gist— it's very cheap linen. For the price, that's not too bad, I suppose. Only, as I live in a metropolitan area I can get cheap linen that isn't as abrasive as this one, which is one of the main catches. I actually considered keeping it as a casual shirt to wear on lazy days, yet the abrasive factor was so strong I recognized I'd just be torturing myself in the process. Admittedly, some either have tougher skin or simply love the abrasive factor, in which case this is definitely the shirt for you. Sounds naive, but I figured the treatmwnt od the fabric would have been better given the pictures. The fit is decent at the torso yet a bit short on the sleeves (I am 32/33) on a medium (I weigh a lean 160lbs at 5'8').
