I really didn't have high hopes when I bought it. I couldn't imagine what charcoal could do, but I was desperate. I recently bought a wall mounted jewelry cabinet that stank to high heaven from paint or glue they used in the build. I literally got a headache every time I opened it. This took about 3-4 weeks trying to deflate. I just couldn't take the smell anymore so I decided to give it a try. I put the packs in the sun for half a day and put all 8 in a bag. lol yeah that's kinda bad. I opened it a few days later and could definitely see a significant reduction in odor. So I took them out and put them back in the sun for half a day to clean them. And put a sack in their amory. It took about 2 weeks for the smell to go away completely. But he doesn't exist at all. And so thankful that I can now truly enjoy my precious love.
